MISSION

ROM is an international manufacturer and supplier of sewer cleaning equipment and toilet service equipment. We focus ourselves on the sewer cleaning and toilet service sector and state-, provincial- and municipal governments. Our main goal is the delivery of high quality products against a good price/quality rate and high quality service. We aim to create an attractive customer proposition and generate positive cash flow.

We believe that satisfied customers lay the foundation of a profitable organisation. Quality and customer satisfaction are only reached if our employees are motivated to offer the best possible products and services. Because of this, ROM is very attached to long-term relationships, both with suppliers, customers and employees. By investing in relationships, ROM is able to continue its services in optimal accordance with the customers' wishes.

VISION

• All ROM-employees work together to offer her customers valuable solutions. Here, the actual (commercial) product becomes part of a package of services from all sections within ROM and the KOKS Group. The dialogue we have with customers, should lead to an individually designed package of supplies and services which makes sure everything will be taken care of as much as possible for the customer.
• The policy focuses on fulfilling customers' expectations compared to delivered goods and services to generate and retain a professional, reliable and obliging position in the market.
• ROM will act responsibly towards the environment and its habitat in the broadest possible sense.
• ROM feels morally obliged to perform all her activities with the greatest possible integrity and will therefore only cooperate with organisations that endorse these efforts.
